All cancellation and rescheduling communication must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to appointment time via Square or Facebook. PLEASE DO NOT DM on Instagram in these cases, as I have troubles with receiving notifications there and don’t want to miss your message!

It is so important to me that you love your hair! I strive to offer the highest level of client satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or colour, please reach out within 7 days of your visit. I'm more than happy to make adjustments to help you love your hair!
While I want you to feel your absolute best, alterations are at my discretion. If the change requested is a different look/service, more than a week has passed, and/or your hair has been altered in any way since your service with me, costs will be associated with the alteration.
Because I offer complimentary adjustments, no discounts or refunds are offered on services rendered and all payments are final.

Cancelling/Rescheduling Less Than 48 Hours Before Your Visit
Other than exceptions for emergencies or sudden onset illness, cancelling 48 hours or less before your scheduled appointment time is considered last-minute notice and cancellation fees will apply.
The booked space is reserved solely for your service, and it is unlikely the space can be filled on short notice.
Frequent last-minute rescheduling (after the 48h mark) may result in a non-refundable deposit equal to the cancellation fee being required to book.

Cancelling/Rescheduling Up To 1 Week Before Your Visit
You are free to cancel or reschedule your appointment, self-serve through Square, or directly through myself (Megan) at any point up to 1 week before your appointment time.
However, please only book appointments you plan to keep. Frequent rescheduling is not permitted, and may result in a non-refundable deposit being required to book.

Cancellation Fees
Rescheduling/cancelling 48 hours or less before your visit will result in a Short Notice fee. It will be invoiced on original appointment date with payment due within 7 days. The payment of this fee is required to book a future service.

No show: 75% of service base price

No Show Policy
If you no-call and no show, you are subject to a fee of 75% of your service base price. Only one chance will be accepted after a no show has occurred with a non-refundable deposit for the next service scheduled. Any further no shows may result in future refusal of services.
